10 X 7 oz Tenderloins

10  X 7 ounce Alberta Beef.

Aged a minimum of 21 days.  Juicy, tender and clean (no bacon on this one!) 

These tenderloins are an alll time favourite. Season them with some rock salt or a few light spices.

Cook them on the BBQ or in a cast iron pan! Sear them on the outside and then finish them in the oven at 300 degrees for 5 minutes! [Melt in your mouth]
